How does the 5-step program works?

For the past 20 years, I have been working in digital as it became what it is today. It wasn’t always taken seriously or placed at a high priority, and so I have spent my career coaching and enabling leaders in the businesses I worked with to engage with digital. To slay those digital fears and start taking purposeful action. Now it’s your turn!

1. Discovery Q&A

Every client starts here. This is where I get to know you in order to understand if I am the right person to assist your in your digital journey. Its quick and painless and the best part is that it is free.

2. Initial introductory consult and digital gap analysis.

Every client gets the introductory session and gap analysis. This is a 1 hour phone call where I delve into the discovery outcomes in more detail. Its where things get fun as we work together to reveal the gaps. To uncover the greatest area of opportunity and therefore the area that requires the greatest focus.

3. Your focused action list key priorities

I will work with you to devise an action list for us to focus on and gain momentum in your journey to go digital. This list will determine the amount of time we need to invest in getting you confident and clear on the role of digital in your role, career and life.

4. Weekly coaching calls

Depending on your coaching package, we will spend 1 hour per week working through our key priorities. At the end of each call, you will be assigned actions to be completed before the next session. And don’t worry, the rhythm and pace is set by you.

5. Follow-up progress call

All clients get a follow up call one month after our coaching program has finished. It’t focused on accountability and progress. This is where we can discuss any additional help you may need by providing access to my ecosystem of digital partners.
